• ECO Systems Fuel Enhancers work by reducing the size of Hydrocarbon molecules in
fuel which increases the RVP - Reid Vapor Pressure. The results are a
more combustable cleaner burning fuel.
• Diesel RVP +/- .6% to +/- 1%
• Gasoline RVP +/- 7.4% to +/- 8.2%
• The ECO System only treats fuel, not an engine. No warranty issues.
• This process helps reduce Black Smoke and Carbon Pollution.
• Works on Gasoline, Diesel, Propane, Bio-fuels, Ethanol Blends, and Natural Gas.
• A more complete burn means increased horsepower, fuel efficiency
& less Hydrocarbons (40% - 70%+) that are released into the atmosphere.
• Reduce Diesel Particulate Matter, 40% to 70%+. Less DPF maintenance.
• Installed on 38,000+ School Buses, references available click here

Physical changes in the Reid Vapor Pressure of hydrocarbon fuel passing through the device are easy to measure. The vapor pressure is more or less the evaporator pressure at a specific temperature, and volume. For information purposes, we know that it's raised when it passes through the device. (Test Results)
The increase in the Reid Vapor Pressure makes fuel burn more volatile producing cleaner burn. This produces more efficiency, energy and reduced emissions. Both of these metrics are well documented. The emissions reduction have shown to be dramatic (40% to over 70%).
In addition to reducing regulated Hydrocarbons, the ECO System reduces Diesel Particulate Matter. Our School and Coach bus customers notice this immediately, the reduced maintenance cost on DPF units (that capture soot) is a significant money saver and helps keep the buses on the road. Breathe cleaner air! Test Results
Not in the normal sense. There is no consumption of molecules, it reduces the size of the Hydrocarbon molecules in fuel causing them to burn cleaner. The ECO Systems device is warranted for 5 years, and has an expected life of 20+ years. We have customers with 24-hour operations, with years of continuous run-time on the ECO device.
Vaporization with Heat?
No. Lots of installations are up in engine compartment, especially for passenger cars, but thousands are also installed away from the engine several feet away. Natural gas installs are mounted away from the heat source.
Reduced Fuel Flow?
No. The device does not restrict or inhibit fuel flow. The fittings and device are sized for the application. Units have been tested to 10,000 PSI.
What are the savings?
We are straight-up about this. DPF maintenance can be reduced 40% to over 70%. Fuel savings can vary, on average 10%. Some get 4%, 12%, 15%, 30%. A trucking company is happy with 4%. Some school buses have gotten +/-24%.
Another factor we are familiar with is increased performance, vehicles tend to be more responsive and run better.
For our large customers, we recommend doing a trial test on a handful of vehicles (10 minimum), in order to control any variables. Our customers make the decision to purchase based on the factual information they produce. For all our customers, we offer a no-risk 90-day money back Guarantee.
It's a powder coated steel tube filled with copper. The exact details are proprietary, but the web site photos are revealing, it's clear what they look like. There are no moving parts. There is no maintenance required. The size of the unit depends on the size of the engine and applications. (Products & Pricing)
Scientific Testing vs. Real World Testing
We are clear about this. Twenty or thirty minutes of testing will provide limited data. The data we rely on is what our customers tell us. With millions of hours of use, across all industries, on virtually all engine sizes, the results speak for itself. Tests are just that, everyone wants to do their own test, we agree.
